Events

The Academy's teaching year is built around the course, with shorter events running alongside it. Everything below is open to people who are not enrolled.

What we run

• Weekend seminars — two days on a single subject, twelve hours, with time to work charts rather than only watch them being worked.
• One-day workshops — six hours, usually one technique taken from its sources to its use.
• Mini-workshops — half a day, for subjects that can be genuinely covered in three hours. Some can, and we say so when they cannot.
• Lectures — single talks, often given for other astrological groups, in Portugal and abroad.

Guest astrologers

We invite astrologers from Portugal and elsewhere for workshops and lectures on subjects outside our own competence. The list of subjects we teach ourselves is on the teaching page.

The conference

Stellium, the Portuguese astrological conference, brings Portuguese and international astrologers together each year. The Academy has been involved in organising it since 2002.

Dates

Dates are confirmed a few months ahead and sent to anyone who asks to be told. Write to us through the contact page and say which kind of event interests you.
