So that we can answer properly

We answer every message personally, which means a useful answer depends on what you tell us:

• About the course — say what you have studied already, if anything, and whether you are looking to practise or to understand. The answer differs.
• About a consultation — give the date, the time and the place of birth, and say what the question is. A chart without a question can be described but not judged.
• About the journal — for submissions, read the guidelines for contributors first; they answer most of what is usually asked.
• About research — say which project and what data you can contribute.

What we cannot do by correspondence

We do not give short readings by correspondence. A judgement that is worth anything takes several hours of work, and a paragraph written quickly is more likely to mislead than to help — particularly on health, money or another person's intentions.
